Eligible GeekMagic products purchased through official channels can be returned within 30 days, subject to the conditions below.
Return window
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to start a return request. Include your order number, product model, reason for return and photos of the product and package.
Condition
Returned products should be complete, safely packed and include the original accessories where possible. Products damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification or improper power supply may not qualify for return.
