GeekMagic.cc provides official product pages, firmware links, manuals, reviews, support paths and official purchase links. Product details may change as firmware and hardware variants are updated.
Purchases
Retail purchases may be completed through the official AliExpress store or other official sales channels. Checkout, payment and marketplace dispute processes are governed by the purchase channel used.
Use of products
Use GeekMagic products with suitable USB power, indoor conditions and official firmware guidance. Do not expose devices to water, excessive heat or unauthorized modifications.
Returns and warranty
Eligible official products include 30-day returns and a one-year limited warranty according to our Return Policy and Warranty Policy.
Wholesale and OEM
Bulk ordering and OEM customization are quoted case by case. Pricing, lead time, customization scope and logistics terms must be confirmed in writing.
